Customer Service Representative II
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our corporate office.

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. In this role, you will handle a variety of inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with business development efforts. Your strong communication skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communications from clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed
- Assist with the preparation of client-facing materials and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
- Participate in the development of customer service processes and best practices
- Provide recommendations for improving the overall client experience
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a call center representative or customer service specialist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience in the environmental or energy consulting industry
- Familiarity with scheduling appointments and dispatching
Working Conditions
This is an office-based role with a standard 40-hour work week. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to accommodate client needs.
Compensation and Benefits
