Basic Facilities Maintenance
 
Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door, or wall repair
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
Maintaining the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly
Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof
Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped

Carrier
 
Receiving mail from mail man and organizing
Delivering mail/ or packages to post office in a vehicle to post office
Picking up checks or dropping off checks
Running additional errands as needed by management

Cleaning
 
Deep cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Cleaning and stock restrooms.
Ensure doors are locked after hours.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Perform minor repairs.
Cleaning refrigerator and break area
Collect and dispose of trash.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
