Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with some weekends required.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our hospitality department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

$15.00-$16.00 based on experience

  1. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. 
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, redirecting calls as necessary. 
  3. Provide administrative support such as scheduling and preparing various documents and reports. 
  4. Maintain accurate records.
  5. Assist with managing inventory and ordering supplies for the department. 
  6. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and ensure appropriate resolution. 
  7. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 
  8. Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related field preferred. 
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus. 
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. 
  6. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
  7. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
