We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our hospitality department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

$17.00 -18 based on experience
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with some weekends required.

Responsibilities: 
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, redirecting calls as necessary. 
  • Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing various documents and reports. 
  • Knowledge of recruiting, resume sourcing etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings. 
  • Participate in all orientations handling all aspects of onboarding
  • Handles all request for employees as directed
  • Assist with managing inventory and ordering supplies for the department. 
  • Handle complaints or concerns promptly and ensure appropriate resolution. 
  • Collaborate with others to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related field preferred. 
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. 
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
